Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Campus

The $1.5B pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion required VDC leadership across multiple concurrent construction phases spanning over 3,000,000 SF. The complexity of pharmaceutical-grade MEP systems (clean rooms, process piping, HVAC validation zones) demanded a coordination strategy that could scale across dozens of subcontractors while maintaining strict regulatory tolerances.
We led the full VDC strategy: developed the project BIM Execution Plan, established coordination workflows across all trades, and managed 4D scheduling using Synchro Pro linked to Primavera P6. Weekly BIM coordination meetings were facilitated across structural, MEP, process, and civil teams.
Delivered a fully coordinated federated model across all disciplines, phased 4D construction simulation for owner presentations and logistics planning, and a clash-free MEP layout for critical pharmaceutical production areas. VDC directly supported the project staying on schedule despite extreme coordination complexity.
