How we work

Our process, step by step

From the first call to coordinated model handoff: this is exactly how we work with every client.

PHASE 01

Discovery Call

30–60 min

We start with a free call to understand your project scope, schedule, team structure, and existing BIM capabilities. No sales pitch. We ask questions, you ask questions, and we both decide if there is a fit.

Project scope clarity
Feasibility assessment
Rough timeline estimate
PHASE 02

Proposal & Scope

2–3 business days

Based on the discovery call, we produce a written proposal with a clear scope of work, deliverable list, timeline, and fixed-fee pricing. No hourly billing surprises. You know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before we start.

PHASE 03

Project Setup

1–3 days

Once engaged, we configure the project environment: set up your Navisworks or Revizto project, establish coordination zones and clash rules, create the model submission schedule, and issue a kickoff agenda to all trade contractors.

PHASE 04

Coordination Execution

Weekly cadence

This is the core of the engagement. We federate models as trades submit them, run clash detection, prepare the weekly agenda, facilitate the coordination meeting, assign resolutions, and follow up on open items between sessions. Every meeting ends with a published resolution log.

PHASE 05

QA & Documentation

1–2 weeks

Before final deliverable handoff, we run a full model audit: verify zero open clashes, confirm all RFIs are closed, check model naming and organizational standards, and produce the final coordination report documenting the process from start to finish.

PHASE 06

Handoff & Support

30-day warranty

Final deliverables are formally transferred coordinated model, documentation package, and any platform files. We remain available for 30 days post-handoff for questions, minor revisions, and construction support as field teams begin installing.

How we operate

The principles behind the process

Fixed-fee pricing

Every engagement is scoped and priced upfront. No hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. If the scope changes, we discuss it we do not silently accumulate hours.

We own the process

We do not deliver clash reports and walk away. We own the coordination workflow from model federation through final sign-off and are accountable for the outcome.

Platform-agnostic

We use whatever tool fits your project best Navisworks, Revizto, ACC, or combinations. We do not push a single platform because we have a vendor relationship.

Weekly written updates

Every week, you receive a written status update: clashes detected, clashes resolved, open items, and next steps. No guessing about where coordination stands.
